The road to a sustainable building industry does not stop by defining political goals. We need to make the industry capable of achieving the goals. openBIM is one of the most important stepping stones in the transformation of the building industry. The Nordic countries are frontrunners in the development, but we are relatively small compared to countries like USA, Germany and China. There is a big potential in coordinating the Nordic development and influence the international standardization and software development.

Together with the workshop host, The Danish Association of Construction Clients, buildingSMART Nordic and buildingSMART Norway invites decision makers, managing directors and managers to an informal Nordic Workshop for stakeholder clients.

The objectives of the workshop is to contribute to better coordination in the Nordic openBIM development, define prioritized requirements and potentially define common Nordic development.
